Because the complete circuit is used in neutral link and if
we use fuse or other interrupting device this may block the
returning of current and the live conductors will not be
isolate.

if you are in a software company,then why do you want to come in a core company like sail, ntpc(where lots of trouble like tension but you have a good life in a it company) ?
