What is the basic difference between Latches and Flip flops?

latch is a combinational circuit WITH FEEDBACK.It is takes
two inputs n stores a bit until the i/p is altered.
FLIP-FLOP is a CLOCKED LATCH, it exhibits whole function of
latch + it is effected at every clock pulse.
note:EDGE triggering n LEVEL triggering should not b taken
as a basic difference from CONCEPTUAL point of view.
BECAUSE: the edge triggering concept was introduced to
improve upon level triggered master slave f/f!!! i can
