Example : concrete 1:2:4
Coarse aggregate =95% of volume =0.95 cum.
Fine aggregate = 50 % of coarse aggregate =0.475 cum.
Cement = 50 % of Fine aggregate =0.2375 cum.
=0.2375 * 1440 kg./ cum
=342 kg.
