What would you do if you saw a passenger being abusive to a
member of cabin ?
Answer Posted / rakesh khandelwal
firstly i will ask my co crew member to say a sweet sorry and then i will ask him/her to leave .Personally i will calm him down first and full fill all his requirement . This will calm him a bit later if required i would ask the passenger about what has happened actually and then resolve it by answering him politely.
