I am new in work for 1 of our project we have some instrument
in BOM including Pressure, Temp. and so on, I also noticed
some objects like pressure switch process HOOK UP; which I
don't know what does "HOOK UP" mean here.

The Hook up Drawing is there to help the engineer to install
the transmitter. By following the Hook Up drawing we can
decide how a certain Transmitter with certain range can be
install at certain pressure and certain position ( tapping
is in horizontal or vertical). It tell us what are the
different product(impulse pipe size , manifold type , no of
gate valve to be used and where to b used ) to be use to
erect a transmitter.
