Mechanics is the branch of science in which we study about
the forces acting on a body,structure,or fluids and their
effects.
when we study forces on rigid bodies, it is Engg. mechanics
when we study forces on deformable bodies, it is mechanics
of solid
when we study forces on rigid bodies, it is fluid mechanics.
