O.L.T.C IS NOTHING BUT A SWITCH WHICH CAN BE OPERATE DURING THE TRANSFORMER IS RUNNING AT ANY LOAD WITH OUT ANY PROBLEM.IT FACILITATE THE OUT WILL BE FIXED WHETHER THE INPUT IS VARIABLE
