can anybody give me an example for high severity and low
priority?

Suppose you are working on a bank application that is
created Weekly, Monthly and yearly reports. There is a fault
in application when you were creating yearly report. So it
will be high severity and low priority bug because yearly
report is a crusial functionality in this application but
priority will be low because it can be fix later.
