every hotel is best..but i thing taj vivanta in goa that was
not best hotel becoz .there duty hour was unlimited , there
worker work continue 3to4 day .and hotel not given any kind
of incentives , &H R was company oriented, they never ever
thing for employee , i thing HR should be 50% 50% company

Hi ... I have done my Engg in 2007. Basically i am interested in Hotel Management Field. So as per my interest i started a restaurant in 2008 of my own and have been managing till now.
