Perks are the benefits that the employee receives other than
the salary in the form a benefit of money's worth. which may
be in the guise of any other incentive like insurance cover
to his family, reimbursement of family tour expenses,
medical expenses, offering festival gifts to his family etc.
to enhance the morale on the job.
