1. Why did you choose this career?
Ans: I want to serve in a dynamic organization like SHELL
which gives opportunities to its employees to utilized the
best of their abilities in a multinational company in a
competitive environment.
2. What goals do you have in your career?
Ans: I want to achieve the best level of excellence by my
dedicated services to the company.
3. How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Ans: By virtue of my hard work and dedication to my job, I
will try to achieve these goals.
4. Can you work well under deadlines or pressure?
Ans: Yes of course, I am used to work under pressure in
completion of projected works in a very tough and
unfavourable condition in my present service.
5. Tell us about a time when you failed to meet a
deadline. What were the repercussions?
Ans: In my professional career, I haven’t been failed in
achieving my targets and every time awarded with
appreciations.

Ans; Since SHELL is an esteemed organization, a good
employer with an international exposer.

Ans: In my current Job, I have worked in a very hard and
tough environments with deadline for targets to be
achieved. I have planned and executed tough projects like
USF-Mansehra and kohistan where sites planning and work
execution was very very tough and have always been
appreciated by the OPERATOR.
