what is the difference between test plan and test strategy.

test plan is the document which is prepares as soon as
requirement comes.before allocating particular work to any
test engg.it contains everything ex:hardware and software
required,what t do and don't everything.
where as test strategy means which kind of scenarios will be
used to test a particular module or feature.
