The essential functions of management are
1.Planning-is the what,when,who,where and how much of what
you want in the future
2.Organizing-it is the structuring of the organization by
putting together related work and hence creating departments
and sections
3.staffing-it is the process of getting the right people for
the right job
4.controlling-it is looking at what has been done in the
light of what was expected.
Administration-This is ensuring that policies,rules and
procedures are followed by all personnel
Management-is working through and with people to achieve
the objectives of the organization
organisation-can either be a unit in an industry or firm or
it can mean structuring of an organization
