For fluoroscent fixtures/lamps direct supply is not
provided so choke and startes comes into play.
Startes : as the name suggests works momentarily at the
starting time ..used to build up high voltage of about 800
to 1000 volts for ionising the gas in the lamp once gas is
ionised it disconnects from the ckt.
Choke : It is used to limit the current value as
fluoroscent fixtures r not direct feed from the supply.
