For bulb:-
check if the bulb is made of glass
check if the glass of the bulb is not broken
check if the bulb glows continously
check if the bulb glows brighter
check if the filament inside the bulb is not broken
check if the voltage of the bulb is correct
check if the bulb turns off when the switch is off
