I choose to work in a call center in order to improve my
self confidence as well as my verbal/oral skills.
Because even though I don't have experience yet as a call
center agent I believe that I can adopt and learn the things
the can be done in this fie
Because I its the time where the environment is calm,thus I
can concentrate to do my job..
Enough amount for the work assigned to me
for me, a call center is bridge between a market and
costumer wherein transaction and any problems can be solve
or can be done easily.

if a costumer is used to buy Rs 15/kg he comes to you in your shop and you are selling 30/kg then how you will satisfy the costumer as well as management?
