resistance is the property of a material to resist the flow
of current... now by ohm's law current is directly
proportional to voltage. then why we transformer in small
appplication... if we use resistance in daily life it will
be more sufficent,cheaper,etc. than transformer

Answer Posted / pankaj

transformer has 2 side i.e. primary and secondary. so power
input supply in and output has taken from 2ndry side so
there is no any phyical connection between them.. if
primary side gets sorted then there is no effect on 2ndry
output... means circuit is safe..
