if there is nutral in phase why we use earthing wire and
grounding?
even at fault condition the fault current flows to neutral
(it is a lower path)

nuteral is for completing the ckt and earthing wire is for
electrical equipment safety neutral wure cant protect
equipment similarly grounding for unbalanced current safety
for human mainly works on principal of rccb and elcb

if an insulated power and control cables of a running gas diesel gensets laid direct in an open trench i.e, trench bed is not rcc of a power house in which rain water, spillage water alwas exists and all power control cables remains submerged even when gas gensets of 480 kw each runningin on load. I want to put this query to SENIOR & EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS. 1)I want to know about the control circuit diagrams for control panels. I found it difficult to understand. Is there ant booklet through which we can learn the circuit diagrams? 2)I want to learn about conduiting, laying cables, preparing cable schedules and various techniques which is the part of building infrastucture(construction field). I don't have any experience in this area. I have experience in control panels only. that's why i am not getting any opening in building infrastucture (construction field).Can I get the job in this field as Trainee Engineer? How to enter this field? I need job in PUNE
when we design electrical schemes of 11/.415kv distribution..wen and were should we show the relays??what is the function of it?for example..we place EFR Relay CT between transformer neutral link and transformer earth.Like this what are the other type of relays we should use?why?where?Explain please..Thank you
