When project is allocated to team. Testing team get SRS, then we study the SRS detailed, if SRS is fixed then test engineer will read the SRS completely, there after testing team will write test cases consequently development team will develop the code. After completion of coding release manager will came and deploy the project build in testing environment. Then the testing team will do the smoke test on build. There after test team test the build using the testcases which will write before developing the code.If any bugs are find then he raise bug report.
