when interviewer asked to the strength and weakness that
mean he has desire to see your capability to tell about
yourself.
sir,
i am hard working and consistent person.
i am keen learner and self motivated.
i believe in long term relationship and team work.
goal oriented and a good motivator.
co-operative and flexible in different situation.
be placid in critical situation.
optimist.
see positive side of everything and take my failure as
good learning.
weakness:
sir, i feel that my hair is so big. but when i cut then i
feel that i am looking a little bit difference than before.
