Well, to speak candidly, I’m eager to visit abroad
particularly United States for specific motives.
Enriching my language and psychological awareness,
familiarizing with rich mingling of ethnic groups, their
customs, history and living standards and acclimatizing to
the new settings, routine and living pace all these factors
whets my enthusiasm to set off overseas.
I could have a chance of adapting to the independent life;
hence being overseas would be a splendid opportunity of
experiencing myself in unfamiliar surroundings, boosting my
confidence, emotional reinforcement and metamorphosis.
My eagerness to visit abroad is inspired by educational
aims, foreign universities tend to offer very attractive
scholarships for laudable learners, and this factor is a
pecuniary advantage for parsimonious families and students’
frugality motivations. Consequently, foreign countries have
better perspectives and more optimal conditions for
acquiring fluent education. If you have an aspiration to
accomplish something worthwhile in your avocation, you
should go to remote location in order to study.
I wonder what measures people and government take for
dealing with environmental encumbrances and ameliorating
country’s ecological condition, what strategies do my peers
have for developing their career path and creating a
prosperous future.
In denouement, the aforementioned factors motivate my
enthusiasm to visit overseas, particularly United States.

H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?" I want a perfect answer for this question. 5.I had applied for F1 visa long back in the year 2007 where it got rejected for some reasons will that affect my H1B visa? 6.As my H1B approval period of three years is getting complete when should i renew my H1b?Whether i should renew it in US or India?What is this employment stat date?I can't see this employment start date on my H1B approval I-797B Form?How many years visa will be given? and don't forget to answer this " What is the correct time to go for stamping and flew to US? Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks

I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs.
