apply for a job. It involves following steps.
1. Understanding clients requirements/vacancy.
2.Sourcing the suitable profiles from different job
portals,networks,
3.Scheduling for interview.
4.Selecting the suitable candidate.
5.Offer letter/appointment order.
In short it is a process of getting right candidate at the
right time, for the right place in a right number.
