VOLTAGE IN RELAY ( IT USED OPEN DELTA VOLTAGE FOR RELAY
INPUT ) AND IF FAULT OCCUR IN ANY PHASE THEN UNBALANCED
VOLTAGE WILL GET ACROSS OPEN DELTA FOR RELAY TO OPERATE.
