IP means international protection.
ie. IP 65
6 denotes the protection of equipment from and solid waste.
5 denotes the protection from water

why sometime we get electrical shock while touching the ballon of dish tv connection ? which we should not get.

In Air circuit breaker LSIG protection unit is used. We changed LSIG protection with new factory tested unit. Even then fault is persisting. Please suggest the possible causes
