okay here all of us as a human being should first understand what is behaviour...all humans have their own character...some could be really rude BUT we should listen to what they say before we prejudge that particular person...probably preciously the customer would have gone through a though time with customer service and be very patient..! try to grab their attention just to explain the purpose of the call...DO IT!
