In sustation which rating is 132kv or more CVT(capacitive voltage transformer) are used on the place of PT because at this level of voltage PT size is very bulky and it is uniconomical.if you can see the SLD of CVT two capacitor in series are connected to drop the high voltage.
CVT working all thing metering,protectionetc like PT
