of fake work experience .will there be any problem ? i also
want to know will there be any chance for asking bank
statement of company to which i worked??

Hi, my F1 visa interview is on this july24 At Mumbai consulate.....But i have a big confusion with my case. I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?
I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.
