UP ON MY OPINION CHARGE MEANS REDUSING THE ASSET VALUE THROUGH DEPRECIATION.
APPROPRIATION MEANS EXPENDITURE IT SHOULD BE GIVE FUTURE RETURNS TO THE FIRM.
