IT IS MAINLY USE TO CONTROL VOLTAGE DU TO REACTIVE POWER
THERE IS MECHANICAL DRIVER WHICH CHANGE NO OF TURN IN
SECONDARY AND IT IS AUTOMATIC CONTROL
