In secondary transmission i.e., in distribution side,
supply for homes are connected through different phases in
order to balance the 3 phase load.
But in practical we saw nearby house doesn't have power due
to single phasing. But other two phases give supply.
How it's possible? it doesn't make "single phasing"?

There are 3 single phase circuits of one phase and neutral
which is multiplied.

What happens if the Capacitive Voltage Transformer Primary neutral is not earthed. There is a CVT between Transformer and source, and the CVT neutral of the transformer is not earthed, does it effect the transformer while charging or does it effect the transformer charging process.
