INVOICE: invoice is given by the seller to the buyer.it carries the all details like product quality,quantity,neature...the invoice not only given by the seller it will given by the consigner to consignee also.
BILL : bill is a proof for selling and payment only it carries the details of quantity,amount.it will given by the seller to buyer only.
