management grid shows different management stlyes adopted
by people.This model proposed by Blake and Mounton. It is a
9,9 grid with task oriented people on the x-axis and people
orientation in the y-axis. 9,9 on the grid is team
Manager.and 9,1 is more oriented to task is task oriented
maangers.1,9 is country club managers and 5,5 is middle
road managers.
