first of all the way of questioning is lit bit confusion.
Siebel crm is nothing but it is custamer relationship
management.it wont have any DB but it will support any 3rd
party database.For supporting the data base of client means
we have to do modification of ul layer of the application.
then we have to send the request to the client database then
architecutre will come into picture.

when i click on first time ststic picklist valus should be 4 values and if i click next time i want to see 6 picklist with diff values for that same field.How will u configure
