4.save, page will open with start button on below
5.click on start button to start test for java this is a
flow so do i need write test cases for this if yes,then how?

1.check whether we can register as candidate
2.test whether we can go to skill set module or not?
3.check whether any skills from box is selected.
4.check wether on clicking "save" wether new page is open
