DBMS IS A COLLECTION OF TABLES AND WHICH MAINTAINS DATA FOR
RETRIEVING,WHERE AS RDBMS IS ALSO COLLECTION OF TABLES AND
ADDITIONALLY IT PROVIDES THE RELATION BETWEEN EACH TABLE.
