1.Build-up area or Plinth area is measured at the floor
level of the basement or of any store of building.Build-up
area can be calculate by taking external dimention of the
building excluding plinth offset...
Shall be calculate ;-a)Area of floor level excluding plenth
offset.b)Stair cover(mumty)c)internal shaft of sanitary
installations and gurbage chute.d)Lift wall including
landing.e)Machine room f)Area of porch other then cantilever
