My Husband went to US on L1.Now my company is processing my H1-B,will there be any chances for rejection?Also can I process my baby visa along with mine?
Hi, I have not filed my IT returns for 2008-09 as my income was NIL due to unemployment. IT dept.even refused to accept a NIL form. If I do get a job offer from US and have to apply for a business visa, would I need IT returns for 08-09?

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years.
