Test plan:
A document that covers the over all scope, approach, and
scheduling of resources and activities of the project .
Test Strategy:
An outline that describes the testing portion of SDLC. Its
purpose is to inform project managers, testers, and
developers about some key issues of the testing process. We
can say that Test strategy is the sub part of the Test Plan.
