Can anyone give me the example of High Priority and Low
severity defect. Please dont give me answers like Spelling
mistakes or logo missing something like that. Give me some
real time example from your application. Please ignore the
earline question which i have posted.Thanks in Advance.

Seviority - if the whole logic of the software is affected (wat the client requested).
priority - a particular function or a particular module is affected .
lets take a example of gmail .
its main work is to send email and check mail.
low seviority - ther is an option named TRASH in it . if it doesnt open , its low seviority as it is not gonna affect the main work .
High Priority - in COMPOSE if the email content box (one particular module) is not accepting any alphabets , its a High Priority .
High seviority - if the INBOX or COMPOSE doesnt work ...
Low Priority - if u r not able to change the colour of the texts we write , if DELETE in TRASH is not working , etc .....
