What is Difference Between Induction Motor & Servo Motor

Induction motor is mostly used for company purpose and we can change the speed as per our criteria but wholly in 360 degree and in servo motor which is generally known as low speed motor .In that we can change the speed as per our criteria but not in 360 degree it can change its speed in every 90 degree through programme.

in our all power plant have connected in grid and grid voltage and plant voltage is same, but as per as electrical concept the power will transmit from high potential to low potential but here altough same,then how power transmit from power plant to grid.
