First step is to isolate the trasmitter chamber from tank.
Close HP first and then LP. After that drain the Chamber by
opening drain valve on the bottom of the chamber. Then
connect a trasparent hose and keep it parallel to the
chamber to know the level inside the Transmitter chamber.
Then start filling the Fluid untill the low level. When the
low level reached, the zero adjustment( 4mA output from tx)
can be done by turning the zero adjustment screw. Then fill
the fluid upto highest level and turn the span to get 20mA.
Calibration is done and the instrument is now ready to be on
loop.
