In the Disk Management for all the drives , "Delete
Partition" is in disabled mode ? so plzzz help me to get
in enabled mode .

You might be trying to delete system or boot partition and
that's why that delete partition is in disabled mode. Use
3rd party software like partition magic for your purpose
though it's not recommended to delete these partitions.
