Case1: Go to log in section, Without entering user name, and
try to click on Log in button, it should prompt message
"Please Enter Valid user Name or Password!"
Case2; Go to Log in section, enter wrong user name with
valid password, and try to click on enter button, it should
prompt message "Please enter valid user name!"
Case3: Go to log in section, enter Valid user name or
password, press TAB key ,control should go on Enter button.
Case4:
Note: Stop SQL Server:
Go to Log in section, Enter valid user name or Password, and
click on Enter button, it should prompt message "Internal
Error occurred please try again lather"
Case5: After Successfully login, open same application
another tab in same browser, then do log out & close the
tab, now try to access any web page of that application, at
that time user should be redirect on Log in screen with
proper message "Your Session is expired please log to proceed"

You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
