For my plant the electricity department charging some
amount for t/f losses. May i know what are transformer
losses

Tr losses are charged if the metering is done on LT side
instead of HT side in case of HT consumers.It is assessed to
be 1.5 to 3% of total energy recorded.These are iron and
copper losses.
