F.O.S= 1.7 For concrete, 3 for steel.(working stress method)
partial f.o.s = 1.5 for concrete and 1.15 for steel.(limit state method)
min reinforcement = 0.8 % for column and 0.15% for slab.
min size of reinf = 12mm for column and 8mm for slab.
