from my account without any reason. i m angry than how will
you treat with me?

customer angerness is undrstandable. customer is always
right.
First of all i will listen the customer problem carefully
without any interuption .than I will apologize for
inconvenience which customer has faced.
than i will check that what was the reason and why the
amount got dedected.if there is any valid reason than i
will make him understand.if amount got dedected without any
reason, than i will refund the amount within the assured
time frame and also assure the better services in future.
Moreover i will follow the complain until it got resloved.
once it get resloved, then i will make a call back to the
customer.
