Disadvantages of v model:
1)If anychanges happen mid way, not only the requirements
documents but also the test documentation needs to be updated.
2)It needs an established process to implement.
3)It can be implemented by only some big companies.

What are basic, core, practises for a QA specialist?
We have one home page for a web application.It has so many components which are being tested by different teams. If one component testing get delayed but all other components testing is done, can we sign off testing for that home page? If no, what should be done?
