IN FIFO IF FRMAE IS INCREASES THEN NUMBER OF PAGE FAULT
MIGHT DECREASES THIS IS CALLED BELADY ANOMALY. THIS IS ONLY
A RESULT OF FIFO, BELADY ANOMALY OCCURS DUE TO REFERENCE OF
LOCALITY.
