Headhunting is an art of recruitments.Recruitments is a
continuous process.There are various ways to do
recruitments and Headhunting is one of them.When any
recruiter starts an assignment he/she depends on various
job portals(naukri,monster,times).But this is not enough
for any recruiter.For this he/she have to opt for
headhunting.
So in more simpler words Headhunting is the process of
getting right candidate through different ways of
Headhunting.
Now Headhunting can be done in various ways:
1. Social Networking sites.
2. Through Referrals.
these are two most imp ways of headhunting.
