why Test plan & what r the things exactly include in the
test plan and what is the need for this ?
Answer Posted / saibabu.b
1.The test plan is for distribution of testing.
Example in a team 5 testers are there. For them dividing the
work.
2.Things included in this is & need of this
1.Time saving (work will not repeatedly don. because work
is already divided)
2.test efficiency will increase( because if one tester is
expert in black box testing that work will asing to that
person.)
3.the test plan will design by test lead, it is not
responsibility of tester.
Hope u can understood.
